This structure was designed to be panoramah!’s stand at Swissbau 2020 in Basel, the leading trade fair and information hub for the construction industry in Switzerland. With a deliberate architectural value, the pavilion aims to provide a real physical experience and to reveal the spatial qualities created by panoramah! minimalist windows, rather than being a mere display of products.

Therefore, it introduces an impressive six-meter tall structural grid of columns and beams raised 60cm from the ground and cladded in Alusion™ aluminium foam panels. This monolithic structure contrasts with the lightness of the glass surfaces and renders the different window mock-ups visible while concealing frames, railing systems and motorisation systems. Overall, the pavilion resembles an installation, a sculptural assemblage of free-standing elements and different types of sliding systems and a new pivot door solution, combining the ambience of an art atelier and panoramah! industrial workshops.
