House In Costa Brava
In the interior of Costa Brava, designed on the highest section of the property, the house offers outstanding views and an intimate relation with the outside space characterized by lush native vegetation.
Designed by GCA Architects, the villa consists of two main volumes: one for the living room and day areas and another for the bedrooms. These volumes are connected by the main staircase, with half levels, so that its transitions always occur in a comfortable and natural way. The property topography was taken into consideration in planning optimal connection between each volume, ensuring proportionality.
Sliding panoramah! glass windows emphasize the dialogue and harmony achieved between the house and the surrounding nature. The house integrates ah!38 birail solutions, which contributes to blurring the distinction between indoors and outdoors. The central courtyard, designed as a patio garden, conveniently separates the common areas from private zones, as well as ensuring that all spaces receive plenty natural light.
The outdoor spaces are structured by terraces that allow using this area as if it were cultivated fields. House in Costa Brava is in complete harmony with the landscape and its natural setting.
