Discover this beach house located at an overlooking Noyack Bay with a jaw dropping 180° views designed by Saota Architects + GRADE New York.

The Bay House overlooks the Atlantic and was designed to maximize contact with the outdoors. This is ensured by a very large glazing area, which allows expansive views of the surrounding landscape.

The house integrates our ah!38 hurricane sliding and fixed aluminium system which explore the structural properties of glass. The use of very elegant, slender aluminum profiles enables large glazing areas and offers an architectural language of horizontal lines and materials. ah!Hurricane provides the largest hurricane approved glass panels in the market, maintaining all the minimal aesthetics already present throughout the panoramah! system.

The home and site were designed to evoke the relaxed comfort, atmosphere and feeling of a retreat getaway, inspired by a blend of Southeast Asia Modern and Mid-Century California architectural influences. The main focal point of the house is the glass enclosed living room and the bedroom that is directly above it. Both overlook the pool and the lush green landscape beyond.
