Located at Piccadilly in London, the design reimagines BAFTA’s iconic listed home to create an inclusive world-class center of excellence for the motion picture arts of Film, Games, and Television. Designed by Benedetti Architects, the project includes 2.000sqm of new spaces with great flexibility, balancing members’ needs with the charity’s education work.

The new design significantly increases usable area, doubling its existing capacity, and reconfigures the entire infrastructure, improving fire safety, energy performance, acoustics and thermal comfort. Sliding panoramah! glass windows fit beautifully into BAFTA HQ’s unique character and seemingly blend into the building’s historic aesthetics.

The project integrates the ah!38 two and three track solutions, which contributes to enhance the innovative heritage restoration with up-to-date technology and cost-in-use efficiency.
